What changed, why it changed, and what the manuscript taught us.
Once a week, the notebook records the work while it is still fresh. Some entries describe a new thing a writer can touch. Others open the wall and explain the quieter engineering that keeps manuscripts, access, and promises intact.
The measure is the same either way: say what actually changed, say why it mattered, and let a real manuscript reveal whether the idea survived contact with the work.
The feed is public and needs no account. Dated entry addresses are canonical so a note keeps the same home when it is shared.
